Our Story
How Endless Summer Began
We love to travel. The discovery, the experiences, the connections that come with exploring new places pulled us into hospitality and design. In 2018, we bought a small, beat-up 100-year-old bungalow in Wilmington and took it through a full renovation — that single investment became the launching pad for Endless Summer Properties.

This is a great property with a fantastic host! Great location, and so easily accessible to beaches, downtown, many restaurants, stores, and groceries. The host is more than accommodating with responsiveness and several recommendations. They also have multiple properties, so you’d be treating yourself to inquire with any of their properties for your potential stays!
